www.Lulu.com, (the book's distributer), accepts Purchase Orders (POs) by reputable book stores, corporate entities, and schools as approved on a case by case basis.

Payment terms are generally Due Upon Receipt, but Lulu.com reserves the right to require pre-payment and will contact you should your purchase order be declined.

Procedure

Fax purchase orders to 919-459-5867, Attn: Accounting.

All purchase orders must include the following:

* Purchase order (PO) number
* Complete bill-to and ship-to addresses with phone and fax numbers
* Federal EIN
* Complete description of the item(s) being ordered (full title, book ID number, quantity) See "Book Information" below

If this is your first PO purchase through Lulu, you will need to fill out and fax a Lulu Credit Application along with your PO.
