Bonus Unit B: Nutritional Supplements & Steroids

The textbook does not have a chapter about Nutritional Supplements and Steroids, but I think it is an important lesson to include in the curriculum, perhaps connected with Chapter 25 on Sportsmanship.

Project B.1 Research Report on a Nutritional Supplement or Performance Enhancer

Project B.2: Have the students create Public Service Announcements about the evils of illegal steroids. Record them with cameras and use the school's computer lab to edit. Students love it.
