Goal: Improve sport psychology through understanding and developing physical skill and fitness

Objectives:
• Compare and contrast Inside-Out and Outside-In training
• Describe the two rules for analyzing one’s weaknesses
• Describe two psychological advantages that being physically fit gives an athlete
• Explain the four “fitness priorities” and how to incorporate them into a training program
• Identify one’s own weaknesses and prescribe a specific solution
• Commit to improve weakness and improve general fitness
