Ch 25: Good Sportsmanship

Goal: Commit to live and actually demonstrate characteristics of good sportsmanship

Objectives:
• Define good sportsmanship
• Describe the three rings of sportsmanship
• Identify behaviors that represent good and poor sportsmanship
• Define gamesmanship
• Define cheating
• Describe the athlete’s role in promoting good sportsmanship
• Commit to live and actually demonstrate good sportsmanship

Project 25.1: Have the students create Public Service Announcements that are pro-sportsmanship. Record them with cameras and use the school's computer lab to edit. Students love it.
