Trial 1

Sitting comfortably, close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Focus on the sound of your breathing, the feeling of your diaphragm, etc. Now focus on the number “one.” You may visualize the number “one” or repeat the word to yourself. When you first become aware that your mind has left the proper focus bring yourself back to the breathing and switch to the number “two.” The next time you get distracted, switch to “three.” Etc.

When the computer tells you to stop, record the number you got to on your wokrsheet or paper.

When you are ready to begin Trial 1, click START Trial 1
